Kayaking San Antonio's Mission Reach

The stretch of San Antonio River south of downtown -- and the famous Riverwalk -- has a hike and bike trail and canoe and kayak access points. The Mission Reach, as it's known, makes for a very nice paddle through areas under restoration to their former natural state and offers a new way to explore the historic missions.
